Likely 1930s – 40s. Approximately 7″ diameter opening. Very nice brim and wicker look band. Emblem has missing paint, patina. It is made by the Fifth Avenue Uniform Co., Chicago. Hat is made by Wanamaker & Brown Equipment & Uniform Co., Philadelphia and states it is 100% wool but it is a thin wool not a heavy felted wool, feels more like linen. Truly a treasure.
