There is an inset photograph showing several “Colorado Springs Gray Line Cadillac De Luxe Equipment”, brief descriptions, with prices, of each of the 7 Tours to choose from, more inset photos of scenic views to include the Broadmoor Hotel and Cheyenne Mountain Lodge, etc.The folded brochure measures 4 x 8 inches and opens to 16 x 18 inches, ink notation at top edge “Colorado, 1938”, small pin hole at center intersecting creases, light shelf wear at the extremities and a few previous owner’s pencil notations otherwise in very good condition, clean, odor free.
