There are a couple folds and rips in the pages, and some slight paper discolorations due to the age, but this is normal for a book that is close to 100 years old! The front and back cover have some crease marks but no rips from what I can see. The original owner has made several pencil marks on the cover and back. Very unique Tour Bus History inside!
