Vintage Circa 1940’s Checker Cab Taxi Baseball Pinstriped Jersey. The jersey is in used condition, and does have a few wear places and staining. It is also missing the top button, and 1 of the buttons has been replaced. You can also see where a patch was removed from the left sleeve. The jersey measures 23 inches from pit to pit, and 27 inches from shoulder to the bottom. Please see pictures for the condition of the jersey. This is a really neat item. National Trailways Bus System Enamel Tie Chain Charm 1940s/50s 3/4”

This was originally part of a tie pin/chain that was likely worn by Trailways drivers, ticket agents or other employees. I found a photo showing how it would have looked when attached. As you see this is only the lower shield unattached as indicated by the two holes at the top where the chain would have been affixed. Nice enamel work and a good collectible piece from this company. It could possibly date more in the window of 1938-1952. Measures 3/4 x 7/8 inches. (LB#23)
